The past couple of years have been nothing short of bedlam. Coronavirus, recessions, inflation, supplies issues, police shootings, wannabe dictator Presidents and the list goes on and on. This is one epidemic that has been plaguing us for the past couple of years and I’m not sure it’s been given it’s rightful attention. And that epidemic is landlords that don’t want to work.
While many people are being forced back into the office and working two or three jobs to make ends meet there is one segment of the population refusing to work and rather live off the hard work of others. And yes I’m referring to landlords. Their reluctance to do their part to help stimulate the economy can no longer go unseen. Landlords that don’t want to work are disrupting the daily lives of millions of people
Instead of working for a living these landlords are raising the rental prices to astronomical figures to cover the increasing costs of mortgage payments, taxes and insurance costs.
If I’m being honest, these landlords that don’t want to work should pull up their bootstraps and rejoin the job market instead on relying on others to pay their bills. These free handouts that these landlords are looking for are ruining our great democracy. They’re turning into a bunch of socialists who rather take from the other’s hard work than do any themselves.
Some of these so-called landlords thought they could game the system by purchasing properties and then turning them into Air B&B’s for profit. Now with that market drying up they’re crying it’s unfair that no one is willing to pay all these extreme prices so they can stay home and watch their soap operas. Not only do these landlords want people to pay extreme prices for their Air B&B, they also expect them to clean the house for them, do the laundry and take out the trash.
And have you seen the rental prices of apartments and condos lately?
These landlords that don’t want to work expect others to pay their mortgage prices in rent so they don’t have to lift a finger. If these landlords expect all this money and not do any work then we should have a say as to how that money is spent.
Am I right?
We should make them only buy certain types of food from certain markets. And lord help them if they take rental money to a strip club or casino. The money of hardworking tax payers shouldn’t be play money for these landlords.
My grandparents were landlords, but they went to work every day like everyone else. This new generation of landlords are lazy. They’re entitled. They expect everyone to do everything for them.
I want the upcoming Presidential debates to talk about this epidemic. Hell I want the new to cover this like they cover a drug addict son purchasing a gun and then trying to blame daddy for taking money from foreign countries.
We need to raise awareness. People are suffering. Some are going homeless and there is potential for death as well.
I’m not sure masks or vaccines would work against this type of virus, but then again I’m not a medical professional. I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once though.
Can one of the insurrectionist politicians or the politician who is a pedophile with a penchant for cocaine and trips to the Bahamas raise a stink about this in Congress?
All they talk about was how January 6th was a friendly gathering. There is about to be a friendly gathering of renters soon enough.
These landlords are storming through the pockets and bank accounts of these hard working Americans. And I’m not going to lie, I wouldn’t put is past these landlords that they would smear their own shit on the walls to prove a point. I’m just saying.
And what if this epidemic turns into another pandemic? Have we really thought about that? How are these landlords going to survive with no one covering their bills?
And the kids. Has anyone thought about the kids in all this? They’re just victims like the renters of their landlord parents.
What are we even teaching our kids? That it’s ok to raise rent to astronomical prices to make others pay it so landlords can stay home drinking their Starbucks coffee and eating their avocado toast while they watch Drew Carey on the New Price is Right?
And don’t forget folks to have your pets spayed and neutured.
I beseech everyone with a voice or a social media account, a tiktok, OnlyFans page, to help raise awareness of this issue of non-working landlords. If these prices keep surging at this rate we all might be on OnlyFans soon enough. Even if we have one fan.
And I guess the biggest casualty will be the landlords who fly all over the country for Taylor Swift. If we all rise up and demand they get a job, how are they going to find time to use other people’s money for their pleasure?
It’s time we fix this epidemic before it reaches biblical proportions. And by biblical proportions I mean this:
It’s time for the landlords that don’t want to work to get jobs. We don’t need these groomers influencing our kids to be lazy and live off the money of others.
